Our Approach To Patient Care

Comprehensive eye care means more than checking your vision and writing a prescription. Both doctors take time to understand your health history, lifestyle and concerns before recommending a course of care. They stay current through ongoing continuing education and invest in advanced diagnostic technology, so patients receive the same caliber of care found in larger cities, without leaving Fergus County. Every exam is thorough, unhurried and centered on your long term eye health, not just today’s symptoms.

Deep Experience, Trusted Credentials

Dr. Ricks has served seven years on the Montana Optometric Board and was president of the Montana Optometric Association from 2016 to 2017. He remains active in both the American and Montana Optometric Associations. Dr. Nash’s residency training included focused work on glaucoma diagnosis and management as part of a ten year research program. Together, their credentials mean patients receive genuinely specialized care for conditions ranging from routine vision correction to complex ocular disease. Call (406) 535-2020 to put that experience to work for your eyes.

Rooted in Montana

Dr. Ricks and Dr. Nash did not just choose to practice in Lewistown. They chose to build their lives and families here. That kind of investment in the community shapes how they practice medicine, with patience, familiarity and genuine care for the neighbors who sit in their exam chairs. When you visit our office, you are seeing doctors who understand this community because they are part of it, not consultants passing through.
